1. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bah88 ("bah88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://bah88.vip and all associated subdomains, mobile versions, and applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1.1 Governing Language

1.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms communicated to you at the time of an offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and bah88 and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind relating to the subject matter hereof.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an active bah88 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

2.1 Age Verification
bah88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle — including during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a material change in account activity. Acceptable documentation includes a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a competent Bangladesh authority. Where bah88 is unable to verify a player's age and identity to its satisfaction, it may suspend the account and withhold pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
2.2 Underage Access
If bah88 discovers — at any time — that an account is held by or has been used by a person under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made by or on behalf of an underage individual will be returned to the payment source used, minus any winnings derived from those funds, which will be forfeited. bah88 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases of suspected underage gambling. Parents and guardians in Bangladesh are strongly encouraged to use device-level parental control software to prevent underage access to online gaming platforms.
3. Account Registration
To access the full range of bah88 services — including real-money wagering, bonus participation, and BDT withdrawals — you must register a bah88 account. Registration is free and open to all eligible individuals in Bangladesh. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or SureCash).
You are required to notify bah88 promptly if any of your registration details change. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.
3.1 One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one bah88 account. If bah88 identifies that a player has registered more than one account — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — all accounts beyond the first may be suspended and any balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals associated with the duplicate accounts may be forfeited without compensation.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bah88 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bah88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bah88 support immediately at [email protected].
3.3 Account Currency
All bah88 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). It is not possible to change the account currency once registration is complete. All game bets, bonus amounts, win calculations, and withdrawal requests are processed in BDT.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
bah88 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following Bangladesh mobile banking and payment platforms: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and SureCash. No international card payments, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency transactions are supported at this time. bah88 does not charge any fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of bah88.
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single-deposit limit imposed by bah88, although individual payment providers may apply their own daily or per-transaction caps in accordance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines. Deposits are credited to your bah88 balance instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider. bah88 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems or Bangladesh Bank network outages.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the sender. Any account found to have accepted third-party deposits may be suspended pending investigation.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). In some circumstances — including account verification checks, fraud screening, or high-volume processing periods — withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to complete. bah88 will communicate any delays to the affected player via their registered email address.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit on the account. bah88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 in a single transaction.
4.3 Refused Transactions
bah88 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, bah88 will provide the affected player with written notice via their registered email address and will act in accordance with its legal obligations, including any applicable Bangladesh Bank reporting requirements.
5. Bonus Policy
bah88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including a 200% welcome bonus on first deposits of up to ৳20,000 in bonus funds, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal Bangladesh promotions timed around BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other cultural calendar events. All bonuses are subject to the terms described in this section as well as any additional specific conditions communicated at the time of the offer.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility
Only players who have not previously claimed a bah88 welcome bonus are eligible for the first-deposit offer. Subsequent bonuses (reload, cashback, seasonal) are available to all active account holders who meet the stated eligibility criteria at the time of each promotion. bah88 reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of bonus abuse or irregular play patterns.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as real money. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for bah88 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳60,000 in qualifying wagers before the associated funds become withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100% of each wager, while live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%). The specific contribution rates for each game category are displayed in the promotion terms at the time of the offer. Bets placed on restricted games during an active bonus period may not count towards wagering completion.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Any bonus funds and associated wagering progress that have not been completed by the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically. Extensions to bonus expiry periods will not ordinarily be granted.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
bah88 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk or mathematically hedged betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal variance, colluding with other players to meet bonus conditions, and misrepresenting eligibility. Where bah88 identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

6. User Obligations
By using the bah88 Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh as well as these Terms. You accept personal responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you.
You specifically agree to the following obligations:
- To provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information at registration and to update that information promptly whenever it changes.
- To maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and to notify bah88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- To use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not to use it in connection with any commercial, professional, or syndicated gambling operation.
- To ensure that all funds deposited to your bah88 account are from legitimate sources and are not connected with money laundering, fraud, or any criminal activity.
- To cooperate promptly and fully with any identity verification, source-of-funds, or responsible gaming check requested by bah88.
- To make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform if you feel that your gambling is becoming difficult to control, and to contact support at [email protected] if you need assistance.
- Not to attempt to exploit technical errors, software glitches, or misconfigured odds or game settings — any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bah88 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following activities will have their account suspended immediately and may have their balances forfeited. Where prohibited conduct constitutes a criminal offence, bah88 will refer the matter to the relevant authorities without prior notice.
Providing false identity documents, creating accounts with fictitious personal details, impersonating another individual, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility status.
Using the bah88 Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds connected with criminal activity or to circumvent Bangladesh Bank anti-money-laundering controls.
Colluding with other players or sports participants to influence the outcome of any game or sporting event in a manner that constitutes cheating or match fixing.
Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or complete wagering requirements.
Registering more than one bah88 account for any purpose, including claiming the welcome bonus multiple times or circumventing a suspension on a previous account.
Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with any part of the bah88 Platform, its servers, databases, or software infrastructure.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
bah88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms or any specific bonus or promotion terms.
- bah88 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a lawful order from a competent authority.
- The player has engaged in or is reasonably suspected of engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
- The player fails to complete a requested identity or age verification check within the time period specified by bah88.
- The player requests voluntary self-exclusion via the responsible gaming tools or support team.
- The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
8.1 Effect of Closure
Upon permanent account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their last-used payment method, subject to the deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations and completion of applicable identity verification. Bonus funds and wagering progress are forfeited upon closure. Closure of an account does not release either party from any obligations or liabilities that accrued prior to the date of closure.
8.2 Player-Initiated Closure

8.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity for 12 consecutive months. bah88 will notify the registered email address 30 days before an account is classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳100 per calendar month, deducted from the available real-money balance. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time before closure by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
Limitation of Liability & Miscellaneous
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bah88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. bah88's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bah88 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available continuously or free of technical errors. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect access. bah88 will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance via the Platform homepage or by email.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of bah88 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
